Andrew Williams

Andrew Williams is the Chief Executive Officer for the Americas Region at DHL, a position held since October 2002. With extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing substantial resources, Andrew directs the Americas Management Board, comprising 14 executives and overseeing 29,234 Certified International Specialists. Previously, Andrew served as CEO of DHL Canada and held various senior leadership roles within the commercial sectors for both the Americas and Canada, where responsibilities included sales, marketing, and customer service management. Andrew's early career featured positions at Mayne Logistics Loomis, culminating in the role of Director of Sales for Eastern Canada. Education includes an Honours BBA in Commerce from Wilfrid Laurier University, a degree in International Business from Rennes School of Business, and coursework at Harvard Business School.
