Ann Cao

Ann Cao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, currently serving as the Head of Project Management for DHL in the China Cluster since November 2008. In this role, Ann manages high-level customer relationships across diverse industries such as FMCG, retail, healthcare, technology, automotive, and manufacturing. Notable achievements include the successful implementation of major projects for clients like Hershey, Apple, and Mars, with a remarkable track record of completing 20-30 projects annually without failure. Ann’s contributions also extend to training and governance roles, fostering cross-functional collaboration and risk awareness within the organization. Prior to obtaining this position, Ann worked at Procter & Gamble as a China Logistics Process Expert and Subject Matter Expert, leading significant projects like the Gillette integration. Ann holds a Master’s Degree in Enterprise Management from Fudan University.
