Bridget Baxter

Bridget Baxter is the Head of HR, GBS UKI at DHL, a position held since 2017. With extensive experience in various HR roles at DHL dating back to 1997, Bridget has contributed to the organization through leadership in HR processes, change management, and employee relations. Prior roles include HR Business Partner and HR Comms & Implementation Manager, where they focused on coaching executives and managing complex HR initiatives across Europe. Additionally, Bridget's earlier career included support roles at Arlington Securities and Speyhawk plc. Currently, they are pursuing degrees in CPP and HDA(S)P at the University of West London.
