Chrishanthi Niluka is an accomplished professional in the logistics and eCommerce sectors, currently serving as the Innovation Engagement Manager for the Middle East & Africa in the Customer Solutions & Innovation division at DHL. Previously, Chrishanthi held several key positions at DHL Express UAE, including Telesales Manager, Program Manager for eCommerce, and Business Support Manager. Additionally, experience includes working in key accounts at DHL Express Sri Lanka. Chrishanthi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wolverhampton, obtained between 2019 and 2020.
