Claudio Maffetti

Claudio Maffetti has extensive experience in information technology and supply chain management, currently serving as a retired professional since November 2023 after a long career at DHL. Maffetti held several key positions, including Head of Global IT OMS Performance Management CoE, Materials Management Domain Director - Global IT Supply Chain Solution, and Vice President Global IT Resource Management Center of Excellence, focusing on smart IT solutions, strategic project execution, and resource management. Prior to DHL, Maffetti was the Head of WMS competency center at DHL Solutions and held various roles at Danzas, including IT & Business Processes & Organisation Director and Application Development Vice Director. Maffetti began the career as a System Analyst at Olivetti. Academic qualifications include a Laurea in Information Technology from Università degli Studi di Milano.
