Prior to this role, David held various positions at DHL from January 1999 to July 2021, including General Manager, where responsibilities included managing multiple sites across the UK and maintaining staffing levels during challenging economic conditions. Other key roles included Contract Manager for both Ecotherm Insulation and Wynham Print, focusing on customer needs, KPI management, and operational budgets. David also worked as a Transport Manager overseeing contracts and ensuring timely deliveries.
