David Thys

David Thys has extensive experience in IT and project management, spanning over three decades across various companies. Since 2004, David has held multiple program management roles at DHL, focusing on the IT hardware and application landscapes for DHL Parcel and DHL Freight, aligning numerous active projects with stakeholders and local business teams. Previously, David led an IS Project Support team at DHL Supply Chain BE, managing a team of Business Information Analysts and overseeing significant project changes. Prior to DHL, David worked at Danzas as ITOS Manager for Belgium, responsible for the IT Data Center and various support teams. David's early career includes roles at Nedlloyd, where systems were implemented and managed, and a military service position as a Rail and Traffic Officer in the Belgian Army. David holds a Professional Bachelor degree in Accountancy – Taxation from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences.
