Dorathy Samuel

Dorathy Samuel is the Head of HR Services at DHL, specializing in HR Shared Services, operations, controls, and stakeholder management. Previously, Dorathy held several significant roles, including Head of HR Shared Services in Malaysia at Citi, where they developed a customer-centric team and refined operational processes. Dorathy also served as Operations Manager at AIG, establishing HR Shared Services for multiple regions, and as Employee Services Lead at Kerry, where they partnered in workforce planning and change management initiatives. Dorathy earned their degree from the University of Newcastle between 1995 and 1998.
