Emma Webb has extensive experience in logistics and operations, primarily with DHL since May 2000, where current roles include Head of BPO & PD Service Logistics EMEA and UKI Lead - Service Logistics. Throughout a diverse career, Emma has also served as Operations Director, Head of Control Towers & Transport Collaboration, Project Manager, and Ops Manager across various sectors such as consumer and fashion logistics. Prior experience includes leading the Transport Internalisation for the UK&I division at DHL Supply Chain and managing a warehouse at Tibbett & Britten. Emma's expertise spans tactical operations, project management, and strategic logistics development in regional and international contexts.
