Gil Fleek

Gil Fleek is the General Manager at DHL eCommerce Americas, where they have been since 2014. With over 15 years of management experience at UPS, Gil specialized in manpower planning, quality improvement, and employee relations. Their previous roles included Operations Business Manager, Labor Relations Manager, and District Employee Relations Manager, where they honed their skills in cost control, service quality, and labor dispute management.
