Hannah Braselmann

Hannah Braselmann is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in leading change and communication strategies within DHL and Deutsche Post DHL Group. Since 2017, Hannah has served as the Head of the Change, Communications and Training Academy for the SAP S/4Hana implementation and previously held roles as Change and Communications Manager, as well as spokesperson for Human Resources and Sustainability, and Corporate Responsibility. Hannah's career at DHL began in 2014 as Senior Manager of Internal Communications in the DHL Supply Chain Global division. Prior experience includes leadership in communications for DHL Supply Chain Germany & Alps, as well as roles with MCG Medical Consulting Group and Finsbury Glover Hering, where Hannah developed foundational skills in communications consulting. Hannah's early career started with an apprenticeship at MEDIA CONSULTA Advertising GmbH in public relations.
