Hans Straathof

Hans Straathof is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Country Operations Benelux at DHL IT Services since December 2021, Hans has been with DHL since September 2006 in various roles, including Service Manager IT Service Benelux. Previous positions include ICT Process Specialist at Amsterdam Thuiszorg (2005-2006), Problem Manager at KPMG (1999-2004), and Consultant at KPN Telecom (1988-2000). Hans holds a Master Practitioner degree in NLP and a Practitioner degree in NLP, both obtained from avpl in 2012 and 2011, respectively, along with additional education at ISES and MSG Leiden.
