Ingy William

Ingy William is the North Africa Head of IT & Business Process Optimization at DHL Global Forwarding, a role held since 2021. Having joined the organization in 2005 as an Operation Coordinator, Ingy progressed through various positions, including First Choice Manager and Head of Business Performance Management, where significant achievements in customer satisfaction and process improvements were recognized with a CEO award. Ingy holds a Bachelor’s degree in French and Translation from Alsun Ain Shams and completed Tahanaweya Amma in Science at St. Joseph de l'Apparition.
