Jan Schwegmann

Jan Schwegmann is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and management within the logistics and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as VP of HR Procurement and VP of HR Services Americas at DHL since March 2015, Jan oversees a team of 120 FTEs across 13 countries, focusing on various HR services including Timekeeping, Recruiting, Data Administration, and Payroll for over 100,000 employees. Prior roles include Director of Strategy E-Commerce for Latin America and Canada, and Head of Strategy for Latin America at DHL Supply Chain, where Jan was instrumental in market entry and product development strategies. Jan began professional career in consulting at Deutsche Post DHL Inhouse Consulting and as an Assistant Broker at Starsupply Petroleum Europe BV. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, complemented by studies at the National University of Singapore.
