Jason Smart

Jason Smart is a CIPD qualified professional currently serving as the Head of Talent & Development at DHL. With a strong background in Talent Management and Learning and Development, Jason is passionate about enhancing employee skills and aligning career aspirations with business needs. They have a proven track record of delivering diverse learning programs and managing change initiatives to support organizational objectives. Prior to their current role, Jason held several positions within DHL, including Talent & People Development Manager and Learning & Development Manager, and earlier worked as a Training Officer at Exel. Jason is also pursuing a training degree at Castle College, Sheffield.
