Jeris Noye

Jeris Noye is a seasoned logistics and operations leader with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at DHL since February 2022, Jeris previously held significant roles including Senior Distribution Leader at Harbor Freight Tools and Senior Vice President of Logistics at Sweetwater, where a notable achievement was leading a team that reduced outbound small parcel costs by over $20 million and implemented a transportation management system saving over $1 million annually. Additional leadership experience includes roles as Regional Director Logistics at Dollar Tree Stores, General Manager at GNC, and various positions at Walmart, demonstrating a progressive career in operations management from 2003 to 2008. Jeris earned an MBA from Florida State University and a BBA in International Business from Harding University.
