Jiale Qian

Jiale Qian currently serves as the Head of Standardization and Continuous Improvement as well as Smart Product Lead at 丰豪物流（北京）有限公司上海分公司, a position held since January 2019. Prior to this, Jiale Qian worked at DHL Supply Chain as a Senior Process Improvement Consultant from June 2010 to December 2014, and was involved in process improvement at DHL from July 2008 to November 2010 in various roles including PIM and Head of Department for Operation Improvement. Jiale Qian holds a three-year diploma in English from Beijing International Studies University, which was completed between 2006 and 2009.
