Jo Coppinger

Jo Coppinger is currently the VP of Compensation & Benefits UKI at DHL Supply Chain, where they are passionate about making employee wellbeing meaningful. With extensive experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, Jo has previously served as Senior HR Business Partner and Head of Compensation & Benefits at DHL. Earlier in their career, Jo held roles as HR Manager at Exel and Contract Personnel Manager at Wincanton. Jo earned a degree in Business & Finance with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Derby. Additionally, Jo is a Trustee of their Company Pension Plan.
