Joe Yates

Joe Yates has extensive experience in labor relations and operations management, currently serving as Senior Director of Labor Relations for US Operations at DHL since 1994. Throughout a distinguished career at DHL, Joe has held various leadership roles, including Area Operations Manager, District Field Service Manager, Station Service Manager, and Field Service Supervisor, in addition to starting as a Sales Representative. Prior to joining DHL, Joe was District Manager at Aramark Uniform Services from 1991 to May 1994. Joe holds a B.S. in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University and has furthered education at the Illinois Center for Broadcasting-Lombard Campus. Joe completed secondary education at Lincoln-Way High School.
