Joel Chia

Joel Chia is an experienced professional in real estate and asset management, currently serving as Vice President of Lease and Asset Management at DHL since February 2006. In this role, Joel oversees the management of 2,000 leases and owned properties across the APAC region, covering over 530 million square feet. Prior to DHL, Joel held the position of Senior Manager for Corporate Accounts at JLL, where responsibility included managing a major automotive industrial supplier in the APAC region. Additionally, Joel served as AVP of Asset Management at Equis Corporation from 2002 to 2005, focusing on accounts in the Automotive and Technology sectors and specializing in construction management. Joel Chia holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore, completed from 1990 to 1994.
