Joel Nussbaum

Joel Nussbaum is a seasoned professional in global quality and environmental management, currently serving as the Global Director of Quality and Environmental Management at DHL Global Forwarding. With a Master’s degree in Occupational Training and Development from the University of Louisville, they have extensive experience in instructional design and project management from previous roles at Information Mapping, Humana, and Exel. Between 2006 and 2010, Joel managed training and documentation for global operations at DHL, where they focused on enhancing e-learning systems and developing tailored training programs. Their expertise includes the coordination of ISO certifications across multiple countries and the management of a bespoke Incident Management platform.
