John Ball

John Ball is currently the Director of Sort Operations at DHL, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as a Senior Operations Manager at DHL Express UK from 2018 to 2022 and as the Ramp Operations Manager at DHL from 2011 to 2013. In their current role, they focus on planning and controlling sort operations to meet service and quality targets while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and customer-first approaches. John plays a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and managing the efficient flow of materials throughout the EMA HUB.
