Lukas Masopust

Lukas Masopust is currently the global lead for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at DHL eCommerce, where they drive innovative recruiting practices and advocate for AI and automation. Previously, Lukas served as Vice President of the Graduate Student Government Association at the University of the District of Columbia and worked as a recruiter and senior expert in various roles within DHL. They hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of the District of Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication from the University of Finance and Administration in Prague. Through their diverse experience, Lukas has significantly contributed to enhancing employee experiences and talent acquisition strategies globally.
