Lukas Pravda

Lukas Pravda has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and support, currently serving as the End User Services Product Owner and Principal Infrastructure Architect at DHL since October 2006. Prior roles include Citrix Tech Lead and Citrix System Engineer, with a focus on scripting, deployment, packaging, and automation across over 800 servers. Prior to DHL, Lukas was the IT Manager at Optimal s.r.o., responsible for network administration and end-user support for 150 workstations and 10 servers. Lukas began a career at the Czech police as a System Engineer, managing a small network with similar responsibilities. Lukas studied Travel and Transportation at the Czech Technical University in Prague from 1999 to 2001.
