Michelle Bach has extensive experience in communications and public relations across multiple organizations. Bach began a career in public relations with Gulf Air, serving as a Public Relations Officer and Editor from September 1991 to June 1998, before moving to Promoseven McCann as an Account Assistant until December 1995. Following that, Bach worked as a Public Relations Manager for Malaysia Airlines in the UK and Ireland from November 1998 to March 2000, and then joined FCB Global as an Associate Partner from March 2000 to June 2004. After a brief consultancy role at Communicate London from January 2005 to September 2007, Bach returned to DHL, initially as Head of Communications & Sustainability for Europe and EEMEA until April 2010, before taking on the role of Global Head of Communications for DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation in May 2010.
