Paul Tompkinson

Paul Tompkinson has extensive experience in operations management, with a career spanning over two decades within major logistics and supply chain companies. Since joining DHL in February 2012, Paul has advanced through various roles, culminating in the position of Senior Operations Excellence Manager for Consumer. Paul also serves as the Operations Excellence General Manager at DHL Supply Chain, starting in January 2023. Prior to DHL, experience includes serving as a Transport Shift Manager at Gist Logistics, Inc., and as an Inventory Supervisor at CEVA Logistics. Paul's comprehensive expertise in operations excellence and management ensures a strong contribution to the organizations' operational success.
