Rachel Searson (Elmy) is a motivated and results-driven General Manager with extensive experience in customer relations, transport, and warehouse management. Having worked at DHL Supply Chain in various roles since 2010, including Bench-Strength General Manager and Regional Optimization Manager, Rachel has proven expertise in process improvement and team leadership. Currently, Rachel holds the position of General Manager at DHL, where they leverage their strong communication skills and procedural knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior to their tenure at DHL, Rachel served as a Stock and Quality Administrator at Blue Arrow.
