Previously, they served as Vice President at DHL Supply Chain and held pivotal roles at Tibbet and Britten Group and SUPERVALU, where they focused on operations, business development, and client relations. Rick's extensive experience includes managing multi-million dollar budgets, negotiating contracts, and developing cultures of continuous improvement within logistics. They are also a member of the NORAM Board at DHL.
