Robin Oelen

Robin Oelen is an HR Specialist at DHL since April 2022, responsible for employee satisfaction surveys, administrative processing of performance evaluations, bonus calculations, CAO A la Carte execution, and various HR changes. Previous experience includes roles as an HR medewerker and Office Manager at MVO Nederland, focusing on personnel and salary administration, HR advice, management support, and project management from April 2014 to March 2022. Additional roles include volunteer HR positions at Vecht & IJssel, a graduate internship at the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, and early career positions in warehouse operations. Robin holds a Master's degree in Organization Studies from Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
