Ruby-Jane de Jong

Ruby-Jane de Jong is currently the EMEA VAT Manager at Deutsche Post DHL, where they leverage their expertise in VAT compliance management. Previously, Ruby-Jane held various positions at DHL, culminating in the role of VAT Compliance Manager, leading a team focused on compliance activities across Europe and Asia. Ruby-Jane's early career included roles as an administrative employee and call center agent, as well as an internship at Deloitte Nederland, where they gained valuable experience in indirect tax. Ruby-Jane holds a Master of Science in Fiscal Economics with a focus on Indirect Tax from Universiteit van Tilburg and has been an active member of JCI Land van Herle, serving in various leadership roles.
