Saurabh Dalvi

Saurabh Dalvi is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade in various HR roles. Beginning as an HR Executive at Patni Computer Services, Saurabh progressed to positions including Business HR Partner at Lavasa Corp Ltd and HR Outsourcing at Hewitt Associates. Currently, Saurabh serves as Head of Performance & Programs at DHL, overseeing HR performance initiatives for India, while also managing Talent Management for DHL Express, focusing on talent acquisition and employee engagement across the country. Saurabh holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Mumbai University, complemented by an MMS in HR from VN BRIMS and SSC from DNC Highschool.
