Shlomo Markuse

Shlomo Markuse is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as the IT Director at DHL Israel since 2003, Shlomo specializes in CTI, BI, WF, and eCommerce. Prior to DHL, Shlomo held the position of IT Director at Avaya, where they contributed to the company's development following its spinoff from Lucent. Shlomo also worked as a Senior System Analyst at Kodak and managed IT operations at NUR Macroprinters. They hold a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University.
