Simon Plumridge

Simon Plumridge is an innovative leader with extensive experience in underwriting, operations, and sales management. They served as Manager of European Operations at Starr Underwriting Agents from 2008 to 2009 and then held various prominent positions, including Global Head of Product Recall and Chief Development Officer, Casualty at Zurich Insurance from 2009 to 2013. Simon was the Global Head of Multinational at QBE Insurance from 2015 to 2019 and served as Group Chief Operating Officer at Oneglobal Broking between 2021 and 2023. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Insurance Operations at DHL, a position they have held since 2024. Simon’s educational background includes attendance at Magdalen College School from 1976 to 1981.
