Siobhan Crowe has extensive experience in program management and training within the logistics and freight forwarding industry, currently serving in the Program Management Office for DHL Global Forwarding since February 2006. In this role, Siobhan manages service requests and acts as the primary contact for Business IT and project managers. Previous positions include Junior Project Manager and Trainer roles, focusing on IT project management and user training across various systems. Prior to joining DHL, Siobhan worked at Exel Technology and Global Freight Management in training and support capacities, and at Exel Freight Management as an Air Import Supervisor and Clerk. Siobhan holds various educational qualifications, including a Trainer Skills Certificate and an IATA/FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding.
