Tony Smith

Tony Smith is currently pursuing a Diploma in Management Studies at Northumbria University. They held the position of General Manager at DHL in 2018, following their role as Senior Manager. Prior to that, Tony served as General Manager Operational Support Projects at DHL Retail from 2010 to 2012, where they successfully managed significant operational changes and supported multiple warehouse migrations. Additionally, from 2007 to 2010, they worked as Site Manager at DHL Nissan Sunderland, overseeing a large team and improving operational costs.
