Vanesa Pinto is currently serving as Legal Counsel at DHL, where they provide comprehensive legal advice across various business areas, draft and negotiate contracts, and oversee litigation and regulatory matters. They previously held the position of Senior Legal Claims at Despegar, managing consumer-related claims across multiple countries and leading strategies for claims resolution. Vanesa began their legal career as a Junior Lawyer at Estudio Jurídico Mosquera&Perticaro and has gained extensive experience in civil, commercial, and labor law through various roles, including at Bulló Abogados and Estudio Edgardo Ramirez & ASoc. They hold a law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and have pursued further studies in data protection and information technology law.
