Winnie Lai has extensive experience in logistics and customer service, with a career spanning from summer roles in 1997 to senior management positions at DHL Global Forwarding. Notable positions include Assistant General Manager for Oceanfreight Key Accounts and Head of Telesales, Marketing and Sales for both China and Asia Pacific, where Winnie significantly increased team performance and customer acquisition. Contributions at DHL also included managing large teams and overseeing key operational improvements, winning multiple Customer Relationship Excellence Awards. Winnie holds a Master's degree in Global Logistics Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
