Heather Smith has extensive experience in the field of executive recruitment, currently serving as Partner in the Board & CEO Practice at DHR Global since October 2016, with prior roles as Principal and Senior Associate in the same practice. Before joining DHR Global, Heather worked at GE Capital and Coregis Insurance Company from 1993 to 2001, where positions included Vice President of Directors & Officers Liability and Commercial Lines Executive Leader. Earlier in her career, Heather held various roles at American Financial Group and Great American Insurance between 1990 and 1993, such as Customer Group Manager and Product Analyst. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Miami University and has further education from the International College of Management in Vienna, Austria.
