John Baker

John Baker has extensive experience in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Partner and Global Life Science Practice Leader at DHR Global since December 2003, John has previously held significant roles including Office Managing Director and Executive Search Consultant at Highland Partners and TMP Worldwide from 1998 to 2003. Prior expertise includes Vice President of Corporate Healthcare at Quest Diagnostics and various positions at Hewlett Packard Medical (now Philips Healthcare) from 1979 to 1996, culminating in roles such as Corporate Accounts Program Manager and West Area Manager for Corporate Accounts. Earlier in John’s career, experience as a Sales Representative at Beckman Instruments (now Beckman Coulter) laid the foundation for a successful trajectory in sales and management. John Baker is an alumnus of Alma College.
