Keith Giarman

Keith Giarman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as President of the Private Equity & Principal Investing Practice at DHR Global since January 2007, Keith Giarman specializes in retained executive search for senior executives in portfolio companies and for investment firms. Previously, as Managing Director at Vantage Partners, Keith Giarman established the firm's first CEO recruiting practice and significantly contributed to its growth. Keith Giarman also held the position of President & CEO at Clarus Systems, securing over $20 million in capital and leading the company to prominence in software testing for IP PBX/VOIP systems. Prior experiences include serving as COO at IQ Labs, SVP of Sales and Field Operations at NightFire Software, and VP of National Sales, Service & Marketing at Citizens Communications, where significant revenue and operational improvements were achieved. Keith Giarman holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Pre-Law & Public Policy from UC San Diego.
