Pascal Daoglio

Pascal Daoglio is a seasoned professional in the executive search industry, currently serving as a Partner at DHR Global since February 2012, where the firm is recognized as a leading global retained executive search firm with a strong focus on aligning human capital with client objectives. Prior to DHR, Pascal was a Partner at Neumann International from January 2010 to January 2012, contributing to the Consumer/Retail and Technology Practices following Neumann's acquisition of Crossway Management. Pascal also held the role of Managing Partner and Owner at Crossway Management from March 1994 until its acquisition and began a professional career at Xerox, where responsibilities included marketing and sales management from July 1981 to February 1991. Pascal holds a Maitrise in Development of Human Resources from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
