Simon Chinn

Simon Chinn is a seasoned professional in executive search and human capital management, currently serving as a Partner at DHR Global since January 2017, where responsibilities include partnering with clients to address human capital challenges and providing retained executive search services for high-level positions. Prior to this role, Simon co-founded McLaren Chase Inc., a boutique executive search firm, and served as a Partner at Maxwell Drummond International, focusing on securing executive search assignments in Canada and internationally within the oil and gas sector. Simon began the career at Thorpe Molloy Recruitment, ultimately leading the Engineering Division, and worked as an Economist at Talisman Energy, providing economic support for sub-surface projects. Simon holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Robert Gordon University.
