Jeffrey Abrams

Jeffrey Abrams is a seasoned project manager at CHA Consulting, Inc., since July 2022, with extensive experience in construction management and inspection. Previously, Jeffrey served as Inspector V at Mott MacDonald from January 2008 to July 2022, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with specifications for public works construction projects within the DC Water Lead Free CIPERR program. Prior to that, from August 1999 to January 2008, Jeffrey worked as a CAD Designer and GIS Operator at Chester Water Authority, focusing on adding features to GIS. Jeffrey holds an Associate’s Degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology from Delaware Technical Community College.
