Ethan Ackerman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ethan started their career as a Firmware Quality Assurance Engineer at HP in 1998. From there, they worked at ClickSoftware as a Technical Lead, where they led the analysis and design of scheduling implementations for international clients. In 2002, they joined Axiom as a Professional Services Consultant, working until 2006. Ethan then worked at SPL WorldGroup as a Software Design Engineer for a year before joining Oracle in 2007. At Oracle, they held the position of Principal Applications System Designer until 2013. In the same year, they joined Diabsolut as a Solution Architect, eventually becoming the Principal Field Service Management and Mulesoft Integration Solution Architect.

Ethan Ackerman attended Washington State University from 1996 to 1997, studying computer science. Ethan then attended Clark College from 1998 to 1999, also studying computer science. Ethan has also obtained various certifications, including Associate Developer, ClickMobile (ADM), Associate Developer, ClickSchedule (ADS), Professional Consultant, ClickMobile (PCM), Professional Consultant, ClickSchedule (PCS), and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCAA).
