Stephen Smith

Stephen Smith is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience across various tech sectors. Currently serving as Head of Product at A2X since May 2022, Stephen leads the development of a SaaS tool for ecommerce transaction reconciliation, demonstrating success with 12,000 customers and 1,000 partners. Previously, as Co-founder and Head of Product at FieldChat, Stephen developed integrated communication tools for the construction industry. Other notable roles include Vice President of Product Management at Acquia, Co-founder of personalization SaaS TruCentric, and Managing Director at Nelnet/Sparkroom. Stephen’s foundational experience began as Co-founder and VP Product Management at Sparkroom, with earlier roles at Workbrain, Octanewave Software, Daleen Technologies, and Rogers, showcasing a consistent track record of innovation and leadership in product development.
