Lydia Gilbert

Co-Founder at Dia & Co

Lydia Gilbert co-founded Dia&Co, a plus-size clothing company, in 2014. Prior to that, they worked in sales at Google for two years. From 2007 to 2011, Gilbert worked at the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI), first as CGI America and then as Alliance for a Healthier Generation. Lydia began their career as a fellow at The DREAM Project in 2005.

Lydia Gilbert received their MBA from Harvard Business School and their BA in Theirtory from Cornell University.

They work with Karen Schnelwar - VP, Head of Brand and Design, Valerie Hoecke - COO, and Chad Boonsupa - Head of Customer Experience. Lydia Gilbert reports to Nadia Boujarwah, Co-Founder & CEO.
