Adam Carson is the Regenerative Agriculture Manager at Diageo in the UK, where they work on innovative programs aimed at enhancing the sustainability of the supply chain. With over 15 years of experience in sustainable agriculture and water resource management, Adam has held various roles, including Environment Protection Officer at the Scottish Environment Protection Agency and Sustainable Procurement Officer at Heriot-Watt University. They earned a PhD in Environmental Science from Dundalk Institute of Technology, where their research focused on eutrophication in aquatic ecosystems. Throughout their career, Adam has collaborated with stakeholders to promote best practices in water stewardship, soil management, and nutrient use efficiency.
