Ben Lambert

Ben Lambert is currently the Head of Innovation Finance for Europe and Africa at Diageo, based in Milan, Italy. They began their journey with Diageo through the Global Graduate Program, gaining early experience at St James' Gate brewery in Dublin. Over the years, Ben has held various roles, including Finance Analyst in the Europe Digital Commerce team and Commercial Finance Business Partner in the UK, where they negotiated contracts and led key projects. A graduate of the University of Nottingham with a degree in Economics and Chinese Studies, Ben is also a fully qualified CIMA member and has developed a keen interest in international business and finance through their studies and experience in multiple countries.
