Ipek Gomeclioglu

Ipek Gomeclioglu is currently the Culture & Capability Manager at Diageo, having previously held various HR leadership roles within the organization, including Head of Culture & Capability and HR Business Partner. With prior experience as a Senior HRM Consultant at Nike and HR Business Partner at Atos, they have developed a robust background in implementing HR strategies and enhancing organizational culture. Ipek began their career as an HR Assistant at Profil International and has also worked as a Temporary Recruitment Specialist at Deva Holding. They earned a degree in Sociology from Koç University, following their high school education at The Koç School.
