Currently serving as the Global HRBP for Digital and Technology at Diageo, they previously held HRBP managerial roles at PepsiCo and Flipkart, as well as analyst positions at Deloitte. Navya has demonstrated expertise in translating business goals into actionable HR strategies, optimizing talent, and enhancing employee engagement throughout the full employee lifecycle. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from B.M.S. College of Engineering and a Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur.
